Back in the summer of 2013 we crossed paths at our favorite bar, D'Jais in Belmar. With Joe living in Hoboken during the colder months and Allie in Howell, we stayed in contact throughout the years. He never gave up, with countless likes, text messages and summertime hangouts. Fast forward to the final summer night of 2018, the sparks were flying and love was in the air as Joe came to meet up with Allie for her birthday, back at the place were they originally first met. Persistent as he was, he wasn't giving up and she finally agreed to go on a date with him. They went to dinner in Hoboken and from that moment on it was nothing but love and we have been inseparable ever since.

On Sunday morning Allie woke up and began to start getting ready for what she thought was going to be a Sunday Funday with her cuzzy's Alexa and her husband Andrew. We always looked forward to days like this so she was completely thrown off. We went to brunch and then went to go take a walk along the water of Hoboken. As Alexa and Andrew were taking our picture, Joe got down on one knee and popped the question! We celebrated back at City Bistro with our closest family and friends for a day we will never forget.
