Our People

Nikole Hunsucker

Matron of Honor

I met Laurel at the beginning of my freshman year at WVU. We joined the same sorority and walked back to our dorms in Boreman Hall after our Bid Day, together. We formed an instantaneous and effortless friendship. She's the first person I want to tell everything to- good or bad. The list of things I admire about her is ever-growing & I couldn't imagine life without her. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: Gardening/flowers, thrift shop treasures, and my sweet dog Olive.

Natalee Tommarello (Aubele)

Best Woman

Joe isn't just my older brother, he's my best bud! Growing up, Joe made sure to keep me in line and I knew I could always lean on him. Over the years we've only grown closer by bonding over good movies/shows, Italian food & cruises. Since Laurel stole my brother away I have became really close with her as well. I already consider her a sister! Laurel & I have many shared interests, such as our love for animals, HomeGoods finds & planning our weddings together. I am thankful for both of them and can't wait for them to get married! If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: My Silver Lab Nash, my love for designer purses, and my Italian heritage!

Ashley Fischer

Bridesmaid

I am Laurel's older sister. People used to ask our mom if we were twins, even though I was a foot taller. Our favorite past time growing up was bickering, but now that we're older, we've become close friends. If you see me at the wedding, talk to be about: Tacos, animals (of any kind), and my extensive Harry Potter sock collection!

Kevin Brause

Groomsman

Joe and I haven't known each other long, but we hope to call each other brothers one day. We have shared adventures and conversations over bear stew, ghost tours, and fantasy football. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about football, all things cars, and my new found love for rock climbing.

Amanda Michael

Bridesmaid

I met Laurel my first year at WVU when I rushed our sorority. Even though she couldn't remember my name and we made awkward small talk, I knew we'd be best friends in no time. From our Fat Daddy adventures & ice skating, to her running away & hiding from me due to a 'lack of attention', our memories are some of my favorite. I'm so thankful to have a best friend and big sister like her. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: My adorable kiddos (Chloe and Ollie), makeup, and hedgehogs!

Hunter Aubele

Groomsman

Joe is my wife’s brother and I’m happy to get him as a brother! Joe & I go way back and we actually hung out together before I met Natalee, while we were all counselors at the local church summer camp, 'Summerblast'. Over the years, we've bonded over politics, beers, and cigars. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: Military History, hunting/fishing, and my many home renovation projects.

Brittany Ringler

Bridesmaid

Laurel and I met in the fall of 2012 when she was my New Member Coordinator for Pi Beta Phi. Little did I know at that time how close of a friend she would become. From late night fast food trips and wedding dress shopping to game nights and giving me a tour around Snowshoe, I don’t know what I would do without her. She’s been such a rock for me through some tough times and I’m so excited to see her start the next chapter of her life! If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: Anything Halloween, Disney Parks food, and Las Vegas!

Zachary Fuller

Groomsman

I've known Joe my whole life as he's my eldest cousin on my mom's side. While we don't get to spend much time together due to distance, we can spend hours talking about sports and playing video games. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: Sports Statistics, Fishing, and Tennis.

Stacy Robertson

Bridesmaid

It was a hot July morning at work and the Karens of the office were getting on my nerves, when my puppy ran into this new girl's cubicle. After a few weeks of small talk, I got the courage to ask her to go to Kennywood's Fright Night. We bonded over rollercoasters, snacks, and scaring strangers. After a few months, we were best friends living together with our dogs. Now I see her once a month because a man name Joe stole her heart and moved her to Pittsburgh! If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about: Mermaids, anything Disney/Marvel/Hogwarts, and the colors teal/grey.

Andrew Merti

Groomsman

I’ve been friends with Joe since we were freshman roommates at Robert Morris. He was the tidiest human being in our whole dorm and his obsession with Harry Potter made me suspect that he was using spells to keep our room clean. Some of my fondest memories with Joe have been walking in the woods with his dog Nova. Nova loves swimming in creeks, but I think Joe loves it even more. They both do an excellent doggie paddle. If you see me at the wedding, talk to me about cars and bicycles. I’ll try to share as many embarrassing stories and anecdotes about Joe as I can!
