Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 4:30 pm to allow time to enter venue & find a seat. No late entry into the ceremony will be allowed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your semi-formal attire.

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say “I DO” we welcome you to join us for dinner at 7:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to the ceremony. Once the ceremony is done we will have transportation to the reception for everyone wanting to join us.

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many hotels very close to the venue in different price ranges to choose from.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

It is an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask you to put your phone away and enjoy this special moment with us. We will happily share the photos that are captured that day.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

Flight should be booked anytime after October, price range can be anywhere from $100-$200.

What does the dinner include?

Answer

The dinner will include your meal and the option of a tea, soft drink or coffee. Alcohol is not included, there is a cash bar available to purchase your own alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating for the ceremony and reception it is invite only. If you have a plus one it will show in your RSVP.
