Why did my mailed invitation list a different number of seats than my online RSVP?

Answer

Due to differing event attendance, some adults may be listed separately within our RSVP portal. For example if a husband and wife are attending together, they may have to enter their names separately to RSVP due to the bridal shower invite. Please contact the bride (Elaina Pagliarulo - 815-687-6302) with any questions!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to our wedding ceremony and reception by August 1st, 2025 to allow us to plan accordingly. Thank you!

Dress Code

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal however be prepared to dance the night away! Our ceremony will be indoors and our reception will be indoors with outdoor access.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For our ceremony, please arrive at the church at 1:30 PM to find your seats for the ceremony at 2:00 PM. For our reception, please arrive at the venue between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM for cocktail hour.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola (this website). Simply navigate to the website menu and select “Registry”.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a wedding hotel block reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Libertyville - Mundelein. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information and the link to reserve a room.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children are included in your invite, they will be listed under your RSVP on our website. We will have a variety of activities available at our reception to ensure that guests of all ages enjoy the celebration.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are indicated in your RSVP if applicable. Please indicate in your RSVP who will be attending by August 1st, 2025.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the ceremony at the church. We will provide round-trip shuttle services for our guests from our designated hotel to our reception venue beginning at 3 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot available for guests both at our ceremony and reception venues. Cars may park in the reception venue parking lot overnight however must be picked up by 10 AM the following morning.

Will the wedding have an open bar?

Our guests will have access to an open bar during our wedding reception.

Will there be a band or DJ at the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a live performance of the band Six Speed Tranny at our wedding between 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM. The band will play two sets with a small break around 9 PM. To see other upcoming shows please check out the band’s website: https://www.sixspeedtranny.com/
