Shuttle

We are going to be offering transportation between the Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie and the Red Maple Vineyard. Please let me know if you plan on using our transportation so that we know how many buses to reserve. We're going to have pick ups at 4:45 and 5pm from the hotel. I would definitely plan on taking the earlier bus as the later one is just meant to get anyone who misses the earlier time.
Hotel
We have changed our hotel block from the Poughkeepsie Grand to the Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie. You can use the code G-SAST to be added to our block and the shuttle will be picking up guests from the hotel at 4:30. There will be pick up times from the venue at 11pm and 12am. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BOOK BY JULY 1ST in order to receive our special group rate.
