We're getting married!

Joselyn and Koby first met at orientation for Papa John’s during the summer before her junior year and his senior year. They were the only two hires from their school and immediately locked eyes. As they introduced themselves, they realized they would be working at the same location. A few weeks later, Joselyn asked if she would be working with the boy from her school, and soon they were assigned to the same shifts. Initially, their personalities didn’t quite mesh—Koby was quiet and reserved, while Joselyn was friendly and outgoing. However, their friendship developed into a deeper connection. That summer, Koby taught Joselyn how to drive and often drove her home from work. As summer came to an end, on August 18, 2019, Koby asked Joselyn to be his girlfriend, and they have been together ever since. They worked together again at FunSpot, where their bond continued to grow. Koby then transitioned into a career as a firefighter EMT, while Joselyn pursued a path in hospital administration. Along the way, they found a wonderful church home that strengthened their faith. Now, they are excited to spend their lives together, looking forward to their future.
