Dane Wurster

Best Man

Dane and I met our freshman year of college, and honestly I remember not liking him at first. In 2013 I was in a car accident that did a number on my memory, and I lost a lot of friends during an interesting time of my life, but I gained one in Dane. He still won't tell me what changed that I don't remember, when we went from acquaintances to best friends, but I don't have it in me to complain. I used to think I lost a lot after that, but I've come to realize it has more than balanced with Dane's monumental loyalty and mountain of character in my corner. If you get the chance to meet him, you won't regret it. I sure don't.

Tyler Newton

Groomsman

When I first met Tyler he was really just Dane's college roommate, and he got to know me through no choice of his own. Having Tyler adopt me into his circle wasn't as dramatic as I feel my friendship with Dane is, but that doesn't make it any less strong or meaningful. Tyler's friendship has always come in the little moments, the unquestioning generosity that comes with no hesitation when I need help. It comes in the heat of a game where the height of his emotion is because he believes in me, even if I didn't, and often when he shouldn't have. I'm proud to have him with me, because even though we butt heads frequently, and have rousing arguments and conversations about anything and everything, he makes me think and he makes me learn, and that's something I desperately need.

Thomas Coffey

Groomsman

Thomas has been a fast friend of mine since we met in our college days. We were friends, and roommates, and coworkers, and sometimes all of those together, and he still puts up with me. An artist talented enough to make me physically angry about it, he's one of the few I turn to when I want to match theories about books and shows and games, or trade conspiracy theories. If I've ever met someone who's going somewhere in the world, it would be Thomas. Keep an eye on him, and his art, when he starts changing minds and lives. He changed mine.

Schuylar Davis

Groomsman

Schuylar was my first roommate in college. We had never met, and got roped together by a mutual friend who either thought we would get along or just decided we would, it's still unclear. We had our moments, I think on my side more so, of being so irritating it was a palpable tension in the room, but he still continues to be one of the most faithful friends I have. Across state lines and time zones, there were times we would come together, not having spoken in a long time, he would always pick up like nothing had really changed. I was always appreciated that, because being on your own in your 20's is a lot of change a lot of the time, and Schuylar's generosity and solid personality were a constant I could rely on.

Dominic Baril

Groomsman

Dominic was my first friend from my time in Northwest Arkansas. When I moved to Bentonville, I didn't know anyone. I quickly started making a name for myself at work, getting moved to a new team after a very short time at the museum there, and Dominic was assigned to be my trainer. I decided he was going to be my friend shortly thereafter, and he didn't really have a choice in the matter. I've never really had such a stoic friend before Dom, and I hope, that since he's decided to stand beside me in March, that he realizes the effect he has had on both mine and Jordan's lives.

Justin Lovelace

Groomsman

Justin is the only the second person I asked to be with me on this important day that isn't from my college years. Justin was my favorite trainer when i started in the world of 911 dispatching, and quickly became a good friend the short time I worked there. Justin gave me the confidence I needed to truly succeed at that job, and consequently the chance to succeed when I moved on and tried my hand at it in a bigger city. He has always been incredible to me, and to help someone as anxious and paranoid as I am through situations sometimes as monumental as life-or-death is no easy feat. A man with enough stories and enough patience to make anyone jealous, he was the only one I could think that would close off my fellowship.

Amelia Clark

Matron of Honor

Amelia is the like the older sister I always wanted. We've seen each other at our best and at our worst. She's the one that griped at me to do the dishes but also helped me see my value when I was overwhelmed with doubt. She is funny and smart and fierce. And she is such a wonderful example of the wife that I want to be.

Lauren Allen

Maid of Honor

Growing up, Lauren and I bickered like.....well, sisters. I think it was mostly my fault because Lauren has always been able to do the right thing, no matter what. If you had told me when I was 13 that Lauren would end up being my best friend, I don't think I would have believed you. They say that younger siblings look up to older siblings, but I truly look up to Lauren. She's the best and most hard-working person that I know.

Morgan Allen

Bridesmaid

I remember when Morgan was first born, I got to take her to my 5th grade class for show and tell. Obviously, no one could bring anything better than that to share. Morgan has all the qualities I wish I had. She is artistic, creative, expressive and naturally a beautiful person. Morgan also keeps me hip and cool because I need all the help I can get.

Madison Ray

Bridesmaid

Madison is my person. We have gotten each other through some of the toughest times in our lives. We have also had many celebrations of our accomplishments. Madison keeps me in check. I can always count on her to be honest and kind. I can't count the number of times I have texted Madison, "Hey can I call you in a little bit? I need to vent." To which she usually responds, "Yes. Definitely. Also need to talk about my day." It's so nice to have a person that is there for you no matter what.

Kaitlyn Richter

Bridesmaid

Kaitlyn is my TwinFF. She has the most kind and caring soul of anyone I know. She also can be fierce and a total boss babe. Kaitlyn is probably the actual funniest person that I know. Sorry, Josef. Now add amazing creativity and talent in literally everything that she sets out to do. Kaitlyn is one of those people that makes your life better because she's in it.

Sarah Hayter

Bridesmaid

Sarah and I met at one of my favorite places - the library. We would literally look at each week's schedule and see when we would work together. The two of us were (are) totally unstoppable. Sarah has always been the person I go to for advice. She is rational and incredibly smart, which balances my crazy anxiety brain. Sarah was there for pretty much all of my horrible date stories and all of the times I swore I was giving up dating for real this time. Through all of that, she helped me see my value and I'm so grateful for that.
