Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don’t miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you must wait till after the ceremony.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown. Both hotels are within walking distance of the venue. There are also several nearby hotels and vacation rentals available for guests who prefer other accommodations.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Attendance is limited to the guests named on each invitation. If a listed guest is unable to attend, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional or substitute guests. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We will have a strict dress code. We are requesting guest to wear all black formal. The ceremony will be indoors. There will be stairs but an elevator is available for those who need it.

Where Can you park?

Answer

If you’re staying at one of the hotels near the venue, there’s no need to worry about parking, the venue is within walking distance. For guests not staying nearby, public parking is available right next to the venue for a fee.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, all phones MUST be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you… get ready to party!!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only (21+) event with the exception of those that will be apart of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 14, by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend and will not be accounted for.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Not Attending” so we can plan accordingly! Thank you!
