When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 1:30 PM to give yourself time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes — and it’s very important! Please refer to the Dress Code tab for full details. We kindly ask all guests to review it carefully before the wedding. Following the dress code is required for entry, so please make sure to take a look. We appreciate your understanding.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We’re so grateful for your love and support! We’re lucky to already have everything we need for this next chapter. Instead of a traditional registry, we kindly ask for contributions to our honeymoon fund if you’d like to gift us something. Check out the registry tab to contribute.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate children from our immediate families due to space limitations. We truly wish we could include everyone, and appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at nearby hotels for your convenience. You can find all the details, including booking links and group rates, under the Travel tab.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
While we won’t be providing shuttle service, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. We will be offering an open bar at the wedding, and we highly encourage using rideshare services to ensure everyone can enjoy responsibly and get home safely. Your safety means the world to us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are so excited to have so many of our favorite people — especially those coming from out of town — joining us for this special weekend. We know weddings can be a whirlwind and it’s not always easy to spend quality time with everyone, so we’d love to hang out before the big day! Please join us for a casual get-together on Thursday, May 21st, at 6 PM at Starkey Market. There are great food options on-site, so just come as you are, grab a drink, and help us kick off the wedding weekend. We truly can’t wait to see you there!

Can we smoke at the venue?
Answer
Bella Cosa is a non-smoking venue. For everyone’s comfort (and to avoid us getting fined), smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas. Please help us keep the property beautiful by using those spaces if you need a break.

Should we bring cash?
Answer
While not required, the bartenders and service staff will be working hard to take care of everyone. If you'd like to show your appreciation, tips are always welcome but never expected!
