How do I RSVP?

Answer

Scan the QR code on the card received in the mail by using your phone’s camera. That will take you directly to our online RSVP page or click on the RSVP button on our website.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 04/24/2025. Reminder - this is the same day to book your discounted rate room by at Hyatt Place Tulsa | Downtown!

Will there be provided transportation to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but there is parking available at the venue. Please drink responsibly! If you choose to drive and have a few drinks, your vehicle can stay overnight at the venue, BUT must be picked up by 11:00 AM the following day.

Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors as long as it’s not raining and the reception will be indoors. The outdoor area has artificial turf and the entire event will be held at the same location.

What is the dress code for our wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi - formal / cocktail attire. We suggest guests consider wearing a stylish knee-length dress, a chic jumpsuit, a suit, or tailored separates paired with polished shoes and accessories like a clutch, tie, or statement jewelry, while avoiding white or overly bright colors.

What type of food will be served at our wedding?

Answer

We’ll be serving a small snack during cocktail hour followed by a sit-down buffet dinner with a selection of meats. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar with a variety of beer, wine, and cocktails. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID if you'd like to enjoy alcoholic beverages—our bartender is required to check ID for proof of age and won’t be able to serve without it.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding and post to social media?

Answer

We want everyone to be fully present with us, so please no phones during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
