Departing Flight Options

There are a variety of flights available leaving LAX and landing in Puerto Vallarta daily from Wednesday to Friday. Thursday January 15 (Bridal Party Flights) All flights are leaving LAX around 10 AM. Flying in on Thursday will ensure everyone has at least one day to relax and enjoy the resort prior to the Wedding. We would love all of our guests to fly in on Thursday and will have the most shuttles available on Thursday. There will also be welcome drinks in the evening to kick off the weekend. Friday January 16 (All guests recommended to fly in by this date) All flights are leaving LAX around 11 AM. All guests need to be in Puerto Vallarta by Friday. Sunday January 18 Flights are departing between 4 and 7 PM Monday January 19 Flights are departing around 4 PM Tuesday January 20 Flights are departing around 3 PM

Accommodations: For our trip, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please see the resort details below: • Children under 6 stay free. • Children aged 7-12 have more affordable rates than adults • 1 adult in a single room with 1 bed: $202.67 per night. • 2 adults in a single room with 2 beds: $146.40 per person, per night. • 3 adults in a single room with 2 beds: $140.40 per person, per night. If you have more than 3 adults, you will need to book either 2 separate rooms or a suite for $194.40 per person per night. Both our wedding and the resort are family-friendly. Travel Note

Travel Details

The bride and groom will be at the resort from January 13 to January 21. We recommend that guests plan their travel between Thursday, January 15, and Monday, January 19. January 19 is a U.S. Federal Holiday. For those on a 9/80 work schedule like us, January 16 is an off-Friday! We will have shuttle buses at the Puerto Vallarta Airport on both Thursday and Friday to pick up guests. Most flights arrive around 3 PM, so shuttles will be available at 5 PM to transport everyone.

We will have shuttle buses at the Puerto Vallarta Airport on both Thursday and Friday to pick up guests. We will also arrange shuttles to get everyone back to the airport on both Sunday and Monday. More shuttle details will be available as we get closer to the trip.
