We’re getting married!

We went on a romantic getaway to beautiful Charleston, SC to celebrate my birthday. On the last day we toured the Boone Hall Plantation, learned of the Gullah culture and walked through the old mansion. The tour ended in the rear gardens and as we were leaving it began to rain so we found cover under live oak trees with spanish moss hanging and peekaboo views overlooking the river. There was a perfect bench to rest and savor the moment. 3 years with this wonderful man. It was then that he got on one knee and popped the question! My heart swelled with excitement as I embraced him with a YES! It was right then an there that I became a hopeFUL romantic. I found the one whom my soul loves and I cannot WAIT to become his wife. And even more so, to celebrate with each of you on our wedding day, we hope to see you there!
