Please arrive 15-20 minutes, the ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. The choir and musicians will be singing a few beautiful songs while we wait for the ceremony to begin.

Yes! This is a family friendly event. We wish our kids to enjoy our celebration day as much as we will. We will have party favors for kids (and adults) and face painting.

Hot! Thankfully the wedding is indoors. However, there are some moments like the intermission after the Church ceremony and before the cocktail hour starts that you may be outside. Also the 3 minute walk from the Church to the Ballroom. The cocktail hour will be outside but the ballroom will be open to sit in the a/c.

Please use this time to use the restrooms at the church, visit the church store, mingle with guests, or grab a refresher at any of the near by bar and grills, 1 Watson, the bar and lounge at the Elements Hotel Riverwalk, The Esquire Tavern. The gates of the Ballroom will not open any earlier than 4:50pm.

There will be assigned seating. Your parties name and table number will be posted outside the doors of the venue.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
