What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online by January 10th, 2026 so the bride and groom are able to get an accurate guest count.

What are the addresses for the wedding and reception?

Answer

The wedding and reception will both be held at Country Palms Wedding and Event Venue located at 6226 Burruss Mill Road, Cumming, GA 30041.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:00pm to settle in, be charmed by our prelude music, and enjoy a beverage before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm. The doors to the venue will be open beginning at 2:30pm. Any late guests will be stopped at the door until after the wedding party processional has walked in.

Are photos and videos allowed?

Answer

During the ceremony, we are asking all guests to please, *please* unplug from their devices and to make sure they are on silent or turned off. We have two photographers and a videographer to capture our big day, and we guarantee they will do it justice.

Is the wedding outside or inside? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our venue has a beautiful outdoor ceremony location, and weather permitting, we will have our ceremony outside. The reception will be held inside the venue's transformed barn which is made complete with an indoor wood-burning fireplace to add warmth and ambience. In years prior, Atlanta weather is mild the last weekend in February. The high was 73 degrees this past February 28th, with years' prior highs ranging from 57 to 75 degrees. That being said, we recommend layers and promise we won't let you freeze. If the weather is too cold or wet, we will move the ceremony inside.

What is the dress code?

Answer

In the words of Dwight Schrute "everyday is black-tie optional," however, the dress code for this particular wedding is semi-formal cocktail attire. We suggest a suit or shirt and tie for men, and dresses or jumpsuits for women.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate kids due to our venue capacity. Our nephews and nieces, Bowie, Luka, Riley and Arianna* are an essential part of our family and wedding party. *Baby J is small, and we love him dearly.*
