Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know. We need an RSVP by October 1st. Our final numbers are due 15 days prior, so if anything changes, please let us know as soon as you know.

What is the deal with the registry?

Answer

We are so grateful to have everything we need, so we are asking that if you would like to gift us anything, we ask you contribute to our honeymoon fund!

What time will the wedding start?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start right at 4:30. You can start sitting at 4:00pm. Please do not be late. You will not be allowed in the ceremony, per the venue, if you are not there on time. Cocktail hour begins directly after the ceremony. Reception begins around 5:30!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress appropriately for the weather! The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside. Obviously, please do not wear white! Our colors are a light blue so if you would like to avoid that, please do. Any other questions about your attire, please text Courtney. She will gladly help/advise if needed.

Why is my child not listed?

Answer

Children 3 and under do not count towards our guest list, so we did not include them on the RSVP. They are more than welcome to come, or you can use this as a parent's night out! Up to you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, money is tight and although we would love to have every person there to celebrate us, we can only afford those who are invited. If you believe a mistake to have been made, please feel free to reach out.

Out of town guests need a place to stay?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels and accommodations in the surrounding areas. Our venue recommends Double Tree in Claremont. They provide Shuttle Service that we will coordinate.

How do I get there?

Answer

If you are driving yourself, please be sure to secure a DD (Designated Driver). The venue will allow your car to stay parked overnight so if you need to Uber, you have that option! Parking will be available for all guests, which is close and accessible.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

When arriving at the provided address, look for the white gate. The ceremony will be located in the garden area. You are loved by both, bride and groom, sit where you feel comfortable!

Where is the reception?

Answer

Our reception will take place in the building, down stairs in the Terrace View Room. Please sign in before making your way to your table. Cocktail hour will begin, the cash bar will be open and available during the whole reception.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option available. There will be salads, sides and main courses available. There should be something for everyone. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let Jose or Courtney know ASAP.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We would love for you to take pictures! We are going to find a way later on to share all of the pictures with each other. Any pictures taken by our photographer will be shared here when we have received them.
