Yes, there is free on-site parking.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the courtyard on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
We cannot wait to be with you on our special day! The wedding dress code is formal attire, which means we suggest you wear a suit of any color, nice cocktail dress. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight jackets and ties are optional.
This is a kid friendly wedding, and we are excited to celebrate with the entire family, but please be aware that there is a busy road in front of the venue. There will plenty of outdoor space to stretch little legs, and we can't wait to see them cutting up on the dance floor, but ask that they stay off of it during the special dances. If anyone happens to be vocal, we kindly request that you please step away during the ceremony.
Our wedding will take place at West Side Ballroom on May 17th 2025. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00pm.
