The funny thing is we already knew each other. We went to the same church and shared friends, but we never talked. We have known each other since we were thirteen and fourteen. You're probably thinking, so how did the love story begin? Okay. So one day me and my friend were driving to my house coming from church when we realized some car was following us. Little did we know it was Jose and his friend. They parked by my house and my friend went to ask if they wanted to go to a baby shower we were invited to thinking they would say no. They said yes! So this my friends is where it all began. The four of us started hanging out constantly after that. Then jose finally asked me on a date, we went to Starbucks and Carl's jr. Time flew by so fast that day. After that, we started texting everyday, going on dates. And on March 19, 2016 he asked me out! I was so happy. Our love is like no other. We said our "I love you's" not so long after that. I knew Jose was the one. It's going to be 4 Years now, and I'm more in LOVE with him than ever.

My family was planning a trip to Disneyland to celebrate my nephews 1st birthday. Jose saw that opportunity to propose to me at the happiest place on earth. December 15, 2018 it was a magical day, being with my family and Jose walking, eating, getting on rides. So around 5pm we decided to watch the Christmas parade. The parade was awesome!. While walking to the front, Jose asked to take a picture by the huge Christmas tree. We went and there was a shiny box by the tree. I didn't think much of it because I thought someone forgot it. When we got closer, Jose picked it up and then I knew he was going to propose! He said the sweetest things to me and got on his knee and he popped the question. This was truly the BEST DAY EVER! Disneyland will forever be so special to us.
