Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

On your invitation we have included the number of seats reserved in your name.

So... October 31st, are Halloween costumes allowed?

Answer

While we understand this is technically a holiday, we are still requesting formal attire and would appreciate everyone’s participation in this request.

Are shuttles available?

Answer

Short and sweet answer, yes, if you’re staying at the Pine Peaks Lodge. If you are staying at other facilities please be sure to plan ahead of time so you can enjoy the night but still have a safe ride home.

What’s your plan with COVID?

Answer

We are planning to proceed as planned unless something drastically changes by September. As of one week ago, our venue is allowing 250 guests indoors without a mask and allowing the dance portions. If there are any changes you will be hearing from us directly.

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available for our guests (they also take cards). For our nonalcoholic beverages we will have unlimited pop and coffee provided as well.

Is there free parking on site?

Answer

Yes! We have lots of parking available at the venue, all spots are within a very reasonable walking distance as well.

When can we show up?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We ask that you come no earlier than 3:30pm but also no later than 4:15pm. Out of respect for us and our photographers if you are running late or show up once the ceremony has already begun, you will have to wait outside of the ceremony area. If that is the case, please do not worry or stress. We understand things happen and look forward to seeing you at the happy hour :)
