What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

If you’re not joining our bus route, we recommend arriving at 2:30 pm so you have time to settle in before the official ceremony begins at 3:00 pm.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, staff from the venue will be serving drinks outside and at the main bar indoors. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoor or outdoors

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Yes! There is plenty of available parking spaces at the wineries entrance

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional guests included on your invitation. We are having a adults only wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be supplying a drinks package inclusive of soft drink, beer and wine . There is a bar available should you wish to purchase spirits or any other beverages not included in the drinks package.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

No need to worry, our venue caters to multiple different dietary requirements. You will be prompted to nominate any dietaries when you RSVP. If anything changes, please contact Jorja to discuss.
