When is the RSVP deadline?

Formal attire. We are having a Spring Time wedding, wear your brightest colors! Please note that the entourage will be dressed in lavender and pastel pink. Our groomsmen will be wearing black suits.

Pastel wildflower accents to celebrate the joy and colors of spring.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Winchester Estate in 3030 Legends Drive in Meadow View. No need to travel between events.

We've listed a few hotels that are about a 10 minute drive from the venue. Feel free to check out the Lodging page to view accommodations, but you are welcome to stay anywhere you'd like!

Your invitation will indicate the guests included. We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to venue limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

We love your little ones, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the children listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can enjoy a special night out with us!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Our wedding will feature a buffet-style meal with a variety of options to suit different preferences. All dishes will have ingredient labels to help guests identify any allergens or dietary concerns. If you have specific restrictions, feel free to let us know in your RSVP—we’ll do our best to make sure you're accommodated!

What's the weather usually like?

Meadow View in April, typically is sunny, but weather can be unpredictable. We recommend wearing bringing a light jacket just in case.
