Love is Patient

As our country starts to get this pandemic under control, we're excited to announce that we will finally have the wedding of our dreams on September 5th, 2021. We look forward to being surrounded by family, friends and the patient love that has kept us strong. The best things come to those who wait! ❤️

Flashback to 2013. It was LOATHE at first sight. As luck (and match-making friends) would have it, we met again. This time, we became inseparable. Our unconventional start embodies the strength and foundation of our relationship. We build upon our differences and encourage our strengths. In our years together, we have matured, overcome many challenging obstacles, and also seen many beautiful miracles together. While yes, we still can be those two people we loathed from that very first encounter, we now know that it really was LOVE at first sight.

On December 8th, 2019, we became "Feyoncé" and "Bae-Z." Chandler planned a scavenger hunt around the city! Many owners of our favorite spots participated in the event and help us cherish in the memory when we visit. The day was filled with excitement! The last stop on the hunt was at one of our favorite places in the city-Lincoln Park Zoo. It was during "Zoo Lights" and amongst all of the lit animals, we found ourselves walking up to a private candlelit path. Chandler got down on one knee and written in huge neon letters was "will you marry me?" We celebrated with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries and then shared the news with anxiously awaiting family members. It was a perfect start to the new chapter in our lives!
