It's your typical hometown romance: Jorgiea returned to Craig in the summer of 2016 and joined a local CrossFit gym. Luke, known around town for his hardcore gym dedication, wasn't at her gym initially. But a few years later, Jorgiea switched gyms and found herself partnered with Luke for a yearly CrossFit competition in Craig. This chance pairing sparked conversation between them, though nothing blossomed immediately. Neither were looking for a relationship, but fate seemed to intervene, drawing them closer together. By fall 2020, Luke and Jorgiea were inseparable. Despite the world shutting down due to COVID, Northwestern Colorado remained vibrant with activities like hiking, horseback riding, and exploring backroads—perfect date nights. Time flies, and years slipped by swiftly. In April 2024, Luke decided it was time to take the next step. While harrowing fields on April 28th, he asked Jorgiea to move a specific tractor for him. Little did she know, a ring awaited her inside. On the night of their engagement, Luke presented Jorgiea with two potential wedding dates, carefully aligning them with the demanding ranch schedules and hunting seasons. One of these dates happened to be October 5th—the sole available date at their preferred venue. We're eagerly looking forward to celebrating with our friends and family as we make it official and 'tie the knot'.
