What is the dress code? / ¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We ask that men wear suits and women wear formal or cocktail dresses. We are getting married in a Catholic Church, therefore we ask that, out of reverence for Our Lord, everyone dress modestly. Please no plunging necklines, dress cutouts, or ultra short/tight dresses. We want each guest to feel handsome and beautiful while keeping the priority of the Ceremony centered around Jesus in the Eucharist. Se solicita vestimenta formal. Pedimos que los caballeros vistan traje y las damas, vestidos formales o de cóctel. Nos casaremos en una iglesia católica; por ello, solicitamos que —por reverencia a Nuestro Señor— todos vistan con modestia. Por favor, eviten los escotes pronunciados, los vestidos con aberturas o recortes, y las prendas excesivamente cortas o ajustadas. Deseamos que cada invitado se sienta elegante y hermoso, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la prioridad de la ceremonia centrada en Jesús en la Eucaristía.

How far is the reception venue from the ceremony? / ¿A qué distancia está el lugar de la recepción de la ceremonia?

Answer

The reception venue is 14 miles away from the Church. It takes about 30 minutes to get there depending on how fast you drive! El lugar de la recepción se encuentra a 14 millas de la iglesia. ¡Se tarda unos 30 minutos en llegar, dependiendo de qué tan rápido conduzcas!

Where should I bring/send our wedding gift? / ¿A dónde debería llevar o enviar nuestro regalo de bodas?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we kindly invite you to visit our registry section. Am I allowed to bring a plus one? / ¿Puedo traer un acompañante?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to allow for open plus ones. If your significant other is on our guest list, it will be clear on the invitation and they will be able to see it on the RSVP section. Lamentablemente, no contamos con la capacidad para permitir acompañantes adicionales de forma abierta. Si su pareja se encuentra en nuestra lista de invitados, esto se indicará claramente en la invitación y podrán verlo en la sección de confirmación de asistencia.

Are kids invited to the ceremony and reception? / ¿Son niños invitados a la misa y a la ceremonia?

Answer

Yes! In Holy Matrimony we are called to be open to life, therefore we welcome all kids to attend our special day to the ceremony and reception. 143 ¡Sí! En el Santo Matrimonio estamos llamados a estar abiertos a la vida; por lo tanto, damos la bienvenida a todos los niños para que asistan a nuestro día especial, tanto a la ceremonia como a la recepción.

Is there a time gap between your ceremony and reception? / ¿Hay un intervalo de tiempo entre su ceremonia y la recepción?

Answer

Our ceremony will end at approximately 3:15 pm and our wedding reception will begin at 6:00 pm. Nuestra ceremonia terminará aproximadamente a las 3:15 p. m. y nuestra fiesta de bodas comenzará a las 6:00 p.m.

Answer

Answer

We will be serving a variety of Venezuelan and Mexican appetizers, followed by a delicious taco dinner featuring a selection of different meats. Serviremos una variedad de aperitivos venezolanos y mexicanos, seguidos de una deliciosa cena de tacos con una selección de diferentes carnes.
