We first met in a high school physics class, brought together by a new seating chart and a bit of fate we didn’t yet recognize. Sitting side by side at just 15 and 16 years old, we began a friendship that would quietly become the foundation of everything to come. We never could have imagined that such a small moment would change our lives forever. We have been incredibly lucky to grow up together—through our final years of high school, our undergraduate years, the beginnings of our careers, graduate school, and the adventure of starting over in a new city. Through every milestone, challenge, and change, our love has only deepened. Having shared so much of life hand in hand, we are filled with excitement and gratitude as we choose each other again and again, and begin this next chapter of our story together in marriage.
