Welcome to the Weekend

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

After you've checked in and settled into your accommodations, make sure to make your dinner reservations at the hotel restaurants for the weekend at either concierge or on the hotel app as soon as you have your room number (download app prior to arrival). Once your reservations are made, come join us to kick off the weekend with welcome drinks at a local hot spot! ATTIRE: Casual beachwear. Check outfit inspirations on the next page!

A Day on the Water

8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Today we'll enjoy all of the beauty that the Dominican Republic has to offer! Please wake up early, enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and be ready by 8:30am for our departure. *PLEASE NOTE: meeting location and specific departure times are subject to change closer to the date. You will receive a notification with these updates.* For those joining us on the catamarans, there will be snacks and drinks available and we also plan to dock for lunch on a local island. If you are not planning on joining the boat day, you can set up excursions (safari, horseback riding, ATV, golfing, etc.) through the hotel concierge or enjoy hotel amenities at your leisure. Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our ceremony will take place on the hotel beach followed by a cocktail reception, dinner, and the biggest celebration the DR's ever seen! ATTIRE DO'S & DONT'S DO'S: Think beachwear chic - linen pants, sun dresses, and strappy sandals. We would prefer for everyone to wear monochromatic looks, all colors including white are acceptable with the exception of black. DONT'S: Palm tree prints, formal blazers, and ties - yes it's a wedding, but we're on an island so do plan for some heat! And did we mention THE COLOR BLACK - sorry New Yorkers! The most important part is for you to be comfortable, cool, and ready to party!

The Day After

3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Sunday is a day for rest and recovery. Please join us at Villa Del Mar for a Dominican cookout. We'll enjoy one more day of fun in the sun, drinks, delicious food, and a debrief of the night until sunset! ATTIRE: Come as you are! Departure

9:00 am

We're sure that by this day you will not want to leave, but unfortunately we all have to go back home to reality. We will have shuttle services to SDQ Airport set up for you. It is a bit of a drive to SDQ from Las Terrenas, so make sure you are booking afternoon flights. REMINDER to please send us your confirmed flights as soon as possible so that we may accurately schedule your departure times.
