A qué hora debo llegar a la ceremonia? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Por favor llegue antes de las 4:30 PM. Las puertas se cerrarán a las 4:30 PM para prevenir cualquier interrupción durante la entrada de la novia. Apreciamos su comprensión. Please do not arrive later than 4:30 PM. The doors will be locked to prevent any disruptions during the bride's entrance. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Hay un código de vestimenta? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Esto es un evento formal y estamos seguros que todos se verán bien. This is a formal event and we are sure everyone will look their best.

Question

Estan todos invitados a la ceremonia y a la recepción? Are the invitees going to both the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Aunque nos gustaría invitar a todos a ambos eventos, tenemos un limite a los que podremos invitar a la recepción. Con eso en mente, la ceremonia es lo mas importante para nosotros y queremos a todos ustedes ahi para que vean el comienzo de nuestro matrimonio. También nos quedaremos después de la ceremonia para tomarnos fotos con todos los que sea posible para ayudarnos a conmemorar este evento tan importante en nuestras vidas. While we would love to invite everyone to both events, we are limited in how many we can invite to the reception. With that said, the ceremony is the most important part to us, and we want as many of you with us as possible to see us start our lives together. We will also be staying to take pictures with as many of you as possible after the ceremony to help us commemorate this moment in our lives.

Estan incluidos los niños o algun acompañante con mi invitacion? Are children and/or plus ones included in my invitation?

Answer

Aunque nos gustaría invitar a cuantos pudieramos, la recepción tienen un limite. Todos los invitados estan nombrados (incluyendo menores o acompañantes) y podran verificar el numero total de invitados en su familia cuando confirmen su asistencia. Apreciamos su comprensión y cooperación en mantener este evento organizado. Although we want to invite as many as possible, our venue has limits. All invitees are listed when you rsvp (including any minors and plus ones) and you will be able to confirm the total number of invitees in your family when you rsvp. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the event organized.

Es la ceremonia y recepción adentro de un edificio o al aire libre? Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

La ceremonia sera completamente adentro de un edificio. La recepción sera mayormente adentro pero los invitados tienen la opción de usar el patio y salir al ire libre si desean disfrutar del buen clima. The ceremony will be completely indoors and the reception will be mainly indoors with the option to use the outside patio if you would like to enjoy the nice weather.

Hay estacionamiento disponible? Is parking available?

Answer

Sí! Hay suficiente estacionamiento tanto en el lugar de la ceremonia como en la recepción. El lugar de la ceremonia tiene espacios limitados en el estacionamiento del salón pero hay basta espacio para estacionarse en la calle si es necesario. Yes! Plenty of parking is available for both the ceremony and the reception. The ceremony does have slightly more limited parking but there is plenty of street parking available if needed.

Question

Y si no puedo asistir a todos los eventos que estoy invitado? What if i can’t attend all the events I have been invited to?

Answer

Favor de dejarnos saber lo mas pronto posible si es que no podrá asistir a cualquiera de los eventos que esta invitado. Please contact us directly as soon as possible to let us know you cannot attend.
