We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site, as our venue is quite spacious. Please note that guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait until cocktail hour to join us.

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available in the venue’s private lot, as well as on nearby streets. While we won’t have shuttle service from the hotel, Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare options are easy and convenient ways to get to the party—no designated driver required!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of select children. If your child is not listed on your invitation, we would appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us!

We've reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Sonesta Select in Pleasant Hill, just a short distance from our celebration. To book your stay, please visit the "Travel" tab above. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving early! If the room block becomes full, don't worry—there are plenty of other nearby hotel options to choose from.
