FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jordyn Woodson and Ryan Brown
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by [date]. Due to venue and vendor requirements, anyone who has not responded by this date will unfortunately not be able to attend.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We request guests dress in semi-formal attire- elegant but not overly formal. Please avoid anything casual like jeans, shorts, or sneakers, as well as any shades of white, ivory, or champagne (for the women - bridesmaids will be in light blue!).

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and dinner will be held inside. This area is usually warmer during the day (mid 70s), but may be cooler at night, so dress accordingly!

Question

Is there parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking on-site, but we do recommend carpooling, if possible. There is a shuttle to bring you to and from the parking lot, free for your use!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to park, take the shuttle or walk to the ceremony space, and find your seat. The gate will be locked at 3:50pm, but will reopen after the ceremony.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We do recommend bringing cash along for dollar dances during the reception.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but due to limited space at our venue, we are unable to accommodate young children. We hope that you can take this as an opportunity for a date night, as we cannot ensure that all music and activities will be appropriate for little ears.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, and kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We have hired a wonderful photographer, Ally, to capture every special moment, and we want you to be fully present with us! You'll be able to enjoy and share the beautiful photos afterward.
