We recommend arriving at least one day prior to the wedding to allow time to settle in and enjoy the weekend’s festivities.

What is included at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort?

Answer

The resort is all-inclusive, meaning your stay includes: All meals and snacks Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 24-hour room service Daily activities and entertainment Non-motorized water sports Access to pools, beach, and resort amenities Specialty dining, spa services, excursions, and airport transfers are not included unless otherwise noted.

What are the wedding room block dates?

Answer

We have secured a room block from April 13–April 18, 2027. If you would like to extend your stay outside of these dates, please contact our dedicated travel team for assistance.

Can I book more than one room at a time?

Answer

No. Please book only one room per reservation. Booking multiple rooms under one reservation may result in incorrect pricing and will require adjustment by the travel team.

I’m traveling solo—how do I book?

Answer

Single occupancy rooms cannot be booked directly through the website. Please contact our dedicated travel team to arrange your reservation.

What is the payment schedule?

Answer

To secure your reservation: $200 deposit per room due by June 30, 2026 50% of total room cost due by October 30, 2026 Final balance due by January 15, 2027 Insurance, if selected, is due with your initial deposit.

What is the cancellation policy?

$200 deposit is non-refundable after June 30, 2026 50% of total room cost is non-refundable after October 30, 2026 No refunds after final payment deadline (January 15, 2027)

Can I arrive before or stay after the room block dates?

Answer

Yes. Extended stays may be available based on resort availability. Please contact the travel team to coordinate dates outside the group block.

Is Dreams Playa Mujeres adults-only?

Answer

No. The resort is family-friendly, but it is large and designed with multiple sections, including more adult-oriented spaces and quiet areas.
