Jordyn and Noah met back in 7th grade when Noah asked Jordyn out at a skating rink, thinking it would probably be a two-week thing. Clearly… he was wrong. That “two-week thing” turned into growing up together. They went through all the big milestones side by side—getting their driver’s licenses at the same time, buying their first cars, graduating high school during a pandemic, and slowly figuring out adulthood together. Even when Jordyn went to college nearby, they stayed close, proving from the very start that they were always each other’s person. Jordyn fell in love with Noah’s humor and his constant positivity. He always sees the best in people. She’s also learned to live with (and secretly love) his habit of talking during movies and his obsession with cars and car parts. Noah fell in love with the way Jordyn takes care of him, how she’s always there for him, and, of course, her beautiful eyes. He’s even learned to love her little quirks, like her insistence on keeping things clean—something that drives him a little crazy sometimes but he wouldn’t have it any other way. When it came time for the proposal, Jordyn knew something was off. Plans changed, Friendsgiving was suddenly canceled, and Noah wouldn’t explain why. After coming home from a business trip feeling confused (and a little annoyed), Jordyn finally gave up asking questions. That’s when she noticed the biggest smile on Noah’s face and knew he had something planned. That weekend, Noah suggested going to the farmer’s market and casually mentioned needing to meet someone at the park. Jordyn thought it was strange but went along with it. Noah walked her to the perfect spot, got down on one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. She said yes. From a middle-school skating rink to a lifetime of milestones, movie commentary, car talk, shared meals, and loving each other’s quirks, Jordyn and Noah can’t wait to keep doing life side by side—just like they always have.
