We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Nick and I met through a mutual friend while we were both dating other people. A few months later in the Spring semester of 2018 at UK, we ended up having microbiology lab together. During that class we got to know each other a little better, and even though he wouldn't let me copy off of his exams, we had a lot of fun! I distinctly remember one class where I laughed so hard with him, I came home and told my roommate we should all hangout more often. At the time we both wanted to get into medical school, but our transcripts had other plans. We joked about moving to another country and going to medical school there, because they were the only schools who would take us 😂 Summer happened, where we both ended our previous relationships. During the fall semester, the mutual friend that introduced us asked Nick to take us around downtown Lexington since we had never been out. During that night, we hit it off and had a lot of fun together. I think Nick was really impressed with my dance moves. Our friend ended up getting sick, so I asked Nick to come back to our house and help. He played with our cats and KJ eventually fell asleep in his lap (he knew Nick would be his new dad). We stayed up the whole night talking and the rest is history :)
