If you have questions within two weeks of the wedding, please reach out to Jodi Liebelt or Julia Prushinksi. If you do not have their numbers, please email your question to liebelthayes@gmail.com and one of them will reply!
We request that our guests dress in formal attire such as a suit with a tie and formal cocktail dresses. We also recommend ladies wear block heels or no heels as the ceremony will be held outside and they may sink into the dirt!
Yes! The ceremony will take place at 4pm in the outdoor ceremony space followed by a cocktail hour and dinner inside the barn, and then dancing!
Yes, the parking lot for guests is in the first driveway to the east of the barn and is marked with large flags on the side of the road. There will be a parking attendant there to assist and a golf cart to assist guests with mobility concerns.
Yes, we will have a shuttle back and forth from the hotel. Details to come.
We request that guests are in their seats by 3:50pm, so we recommend arriving at 3:40pm at the latest. Guests that arrive after the processional has begun will be asked to wait until after the ceremony begins to find a seat.
The Farm at Dover is a lovely, historic barn with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. The barn does not have heating or air conditioning, but does have ceiling fans and large open air windows that will keep the space cool and heaters will be brought in if the weather is too cold. We cannot predict the weather leading up to or on the day of the wedding, so we recommend wearing shoes that you are willing to get a little dirty! Ladies may want to wear long sleeve dresses or bring a wrap in case you get cold during the ceremony as mid-October can be unpredictable! If there is rain on the day of the wedding, the ceremony will be moved inside the barn.
This will be an adults-only celebration. We respectfully request that you leave the little ones at home.
Please submit your RSVP by September 18th, 2026.
We have two wonderful photographers who will be catching every angle of our special day, and we request that you leave that job to them. We will have a photo opportunity before the start of the ceremony and then we will respectfully request that guests put their phones away until the ceremony has concluded.
If your invitation was addressed to you "and guest" you are allowed a plus one and the RSVP tab will indicate this as well. We have thoughtfully created our guest list with specific people in mind, so invitations are extended to those named on the envelope only. If your partner cannot attend, we will not accommodate a replacement guest. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
