Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5:30 in the evening. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure parking and finding a seat.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We invite you to dress in your best Oklahoma Sunday style, dress jeans, boots, and cowboy hats are perfectly acceptable. Church dresses or those “waiting in your closet” are encouraged.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be limited parking available at the property. We will be organizing a way to hopefully fit everyone’s vehicles on the lawn. We encourage you to carpool. If it rains, we will not allow parking on the lawn due to the clay and ensure avoiding any stuck vehicles. We will arrange back up parking if this does occur.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
We plan to have our ceremony outdoors by the pond and then move indoors for dinner. Due to it being Oklahoma our ceremony will move indoors to the big shop on the property if rain comes.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we’ve chosen to have an alcohol-free wedding. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available. Thank you for celebrating with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our venue isn’t child-friendly, so we’re unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you’ll still be able to join us for the celebration!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
