Can I bring my child(ren)?

We are kindly asking that no children attend our ceremony or reception.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will start at 5:00PM. Please arrive and be seated by 4:45PM.

Will either the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, or Reception take place indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception will take place indoors. There will be an outdoor patio and games for those who choose to utilize.

Will transportation be available from Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

Yes, When you first arrive please party at The Holly Vault Venue (the address is listed on your details card under cocktail and reception location). Once you are safely parked downtown Holly or in the parking lot behind, and/or to the left of The Holly Vault, we will have a Country Club Limousine party bus available for transferring you from the parking lot, over to the Ceremony location (The Holly Vault Chapel). Once our Ceremony comes to an end, the same party bus will be taking people from the Ceremony back over to the reception venue. There will be signs, and people directing you along the way. Should you not want to utilize the party bus shuttle, feel free to drive yourself to and from each location just know there is limited parking at The Holly Vault Chapel.

Is there a near by hotel I can stay and book a room?

Answer

Yes! Under the "Accomodations" tab above, there is a local hotel, address and secure room block. Please click the link on that page to be directed to their website to secure your hotel room. Please make sure to book your hotel room under the, Kapas Wedding room block reservation.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and/or the reception?

Answer

We ask you kindly to resepct our wishes with an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones, cameras and/or video cameras. We are okay with you taking some photos and videos during our reception but please ask permission before posting. Thank you!

Do you have a wedding registry? How can I gift you?

Answer

As most of you know, Chris and I already share a home together. With that being said, we do not ask that you spend time or money on things we most likely already have. Should you choose to be so kind and gift us, please feel free to contribute to our honeymoon fund! We will have a card box available at our reception where you can drop your generosity! Thank you so much for anything and everything you choose to gift us, we appretiate it more than you know! Xo

What is your wedding Hashtag? Can I tag you in photos and videos?

Answer

Our wedding Hashtag is, #KeepingKapas. You can feel free to tag us in photos and videos but please ask our permission first, as I am sure you can all understand, nobody wants bad photos of themselves shared or posted on their wedding day!

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

Although COVID-19 is still a big concern for some, we have decided to NOT require or mandate any sort of safety measures. Should you choose to wear a mask, or a face covering of any kind, that is fine with us but please know we are not asking anyone else to do so, vaccinated or not. This is a personal choice based on your comfort level. **If you or a family member feels ill or if you have been directly exposed to COVID-19, please be respectful in not attending our wedding. I would kindly ask that you notify me or Chris as soon as possible so we can accomodate accordingly.**
