Vail sits about 8,000 feet above sea level, offering breathtaking views at high altitude. In high altitude environments, there is lower air pressure and thus, less oxygen. For some people, this can cause mild effects such as headaches, shortness of breath, and fatigue. To help with acclimation, we suggest staying well hydrated, enjoying balanced meals, and pacing yourself with exercise and alcohol while visiting.
We love your little ones! However, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration (guests listed on your invitation) to ensure all parents can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope the advanced notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

Summer Formal Attire. For women, think floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses in light, breathable fabrics (silk, chiffon, etc.) For men, tuxes, suits. Linen or lightweight wool is great for summer comfort. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Parking will not be available at Vail Golf Club for the ceremony and reception. Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the venue from the Grand Hyatt Vail between 3:00–10:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at the Grand Hyatt by 3:30 PM to ensure timely transportation to the ceremony.
Please arrive to the venue by 4pm for a 4:30pm ceremony start time. There will be a short walk to get to the wedding island where the ceremony will take place, so arriving on time is imperative to not miss the main event!
We recommend arriving by Friday to join us for welcome drinks that evening, with the wedding celebration taking place on Saturday. We will plan on attending the Vail Farmers Market and relaxing by the pool on Sunday too for anyone who’d like to stay as well. You’re more than welcome to come early or extend your stay and enjoy all that the area has to offer—we’d love for you to make a getaway of it!
