Question
When should I arrive at Baker Events?
Answer
The ceremony BEGINS at 4pm. We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes in advance to park & find the Loft upstairs, where the ceremony will be held. We will have ushers & helpers to help you find your way around!

Where do I park? Is it free?
Answer
Baker Lofts & Events have a great parking lot! It is free & there are plenty of parking spaces.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
While there is not a strict dress code in place, we love a good excuse to dress nicely & would be happy to see you in anything from semi-formal to business casual. We want you to be comfortable & feel no pressure in what you wear! We do ask there be no graphic t-shirts or ripped jeans/sweatpants! So while you don’t have to wear a suit or fancy dress, try to keep it classy ;) We also would like to request that there be NO white, out of respect for the bride! There are no other restricted colors!

Can I bring my children?

While we love your children, we want to give parents a break & ask that this be a 12 & up event.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to space constraints, we ask that only those invited attend. We can only accommodate those that are invited due to guest-counts required by the venue.

What if I don't RSVP?
Answer
Unfortunately our venue & caterer requires a guest-count and if we do not receive an RSVP by the due date, we will not have a seat or a meal prepared for you.

How do I know if I & other members of my family are Invited?
Answer
When it is time to RSVP, your family & household will be listed within the website RSVP. Keep in mind we are only inviting those 12 & up, so your younger family members will not be listed.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos?
Answer
We have a wonderful photographer & videographer that will be capturing our day so you don’t have to! Our ceremony will be unplugged, so please do not take any photo or video until the reception.

What drinks will be available?
Answer
We will have a variety of fountain drinks, water, lemonade and coffee. There will be no alcoholic beverages served, and the venue has a strict policy, so please do not sneak or bring alcohol into the venue or they will ask you to leave! We don’t want anyone getting in trouble!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know! Jordyn understands the food allergy thing…seriously. If you have any concerns, reach out to us & we will do our best at making sure you are comfortable & aware of what will be served.
