Both king-bed single rooms and queen-bed double rooms are available. (3 minute walk to Renaissance Hotel) Prices: Friday 3/8 - $150 + tax Saturday 3/9 - $150 + tax Please call them if you would like to extend your reservation to Thursday 3/7.

Ubers and Lyfts

Ubers and Lyfts are available in Asheville, but at busy times there's often a longer wait than you might encounter in a larger city. While we have successfully taken rideshares from the airport to hotels and Airbnbs, if you're worried about travel logistics, feel free to reach out to Cody for help.

Buses from the hotel to the venue

March 9, 2024 4:30 pm

School buses will be available the day of the wedding to transport guests from the Renaissance hotel to the Crest Pavilion. There is also parking available should you choose to drive. Please be ready to board the buses at 4:15 pm as both school buses will depart from the hotel at 4:30 pm.

Buses will shuttle guests back to the Renaissance Hotel at the following times: 9:00 pm 9:30 pm 10:00 pm 10:30 pm 11:00 pm (the final buses)

Bus Notes

While many guests will be over the age of 21, no alcohol is permitted on any of the buses. Additionally, if you have an infant that will be taking the bus, you must provide a car seat. If you have any questions, please contact Jordyn.
