DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Melbourne Beach Oceanfront

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Doubletree Melbourne Beach Oceanfront. When booking, be sure to use the code ASW. You’ll want to book the same room type you requested when working with us as we only have a certain number of each room. Reservations need to be made no later than 2/22/21. You will not be required to pay for the room until you arrive. If you have any questions give Jordyn a call. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is not currently operational. We are renting multiple cars so please keep in touch if you are not renting a car and need a ride from the Orlando airport.

Shuttle from Harbour House Oceanfront to Doubletreehotel

The shuttle should be reserved ahead of time. You can leave a voicemail or email to schedule a ride. -Requests are accepted 48 hours prior to event date. Phone: 321-536-3972 Email: HHOShuttle@gmail.com IMPORTANT- You will need to provide Name, quantity of persons to be picked up, location pickup, time requested to be picked up, and telephone number that can receive text or call. Rides requested after start time of event or during event will require you to call ahead a minimum of 30 minute. The phone number of the driver will be posted at the wedding venue. END OF EVENT RIDES Pickup every 15 minutes starting 1:15 hours prior to ceremony start time Last pickup: 15 min prior to start time of ceremony BE READY and Outside! **Courtesy Shuttle will wait maximum of 5 minutes at any scheduled pickup**
