Guest Arrivals

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

For the guests driving in/not taking the shuttle on Saturday afternoon please note that the Ceremony will start at 5PM…don’t be late!

Wedding Ceremony + Reception

5:00 pm

Attire will be semi-formal. Wedding ceremony will be outside (unless it's raining) so please look at the weather ahead of time and dress accordingly! Reception to follow will be indoors. *See the FAQ page for attire recommendations and weather predictions!

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm

After the ceremony, we will invite guests inside to take their seats. There will be a first course salad option on the tables (family style) and an open bar for all guests, 21 and over, to enjoy while the newly weds and family are taking photos and getting ready for the reception!

Reception

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Reception will kick off with a grand entrance of the wedding party, Nick and Jordin's First Dance, and then a prayer before the main course*. *See FAQ page for more details on dinner

Dance Party!

7:30 pm - 10:45 pm

We'll wrap up dinner with toasts from the wedding party and special guests. From there, we'll have the classic mother-son and father-daughter dances before kicking off the dance party! The cake cutting and bouquet/garter toss will happen later in the night.

Shuttle Ride from venue to hotel

9:45 pm

Shuttle will make 3 trips, departing the venue at 9:45PM. 10:30PM and 11:15PM. Please arrive to shuttle 5-10 minutes prior to it departing.

Grand Exit

10:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Head outside for the newlyweds' grand exit!!!

Head Home

Guests will be asked to head back home (or to their hotels) at this point in the night. We have to be completely cleared out of the venue by 12AM so, unless you're helping clean up inside, plan on getting home safely!

After Party

11:30 pm

The after party will take place in the Sweetwater Bar and Grill which is located in the Sheraton hotel! Drinks are not included so make sure to bring your wallets!
