Please RSVP no later than 08/31/2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating our big day with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive about 30 minutes early so that everyone can be seated on time. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:50 pm to ensure you don’t miss the start of our ceremony.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors? Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at Pfeiffer Nature Center in Portville, NY, a beautiful outdoor pavilion. Please keep Western New York weather in mind when choosing your attire. Our reception will follow indoors at the Pulaski Club of Olean.

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire, and we encourage guests to choose fall-inspired colors when selecting their outfits. For women, this includes floor-length to knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dress pants with a blouse. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or patterns primarily in those colors. For men, this includes dress pants or khakis with a dress shirt, with a tie and jacket optional. Ladies, please keep in mind that Pfeiffer is outdoors and on a hill when choosing shoes. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, sneakers, or sweatshirts.

Question

Can I take pictures?Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present while we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture these moments for us and promise to share the photos once we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! We will have QR codes at each table so guests can easily upload the memories they capture throughout the night.

Question

Will there be a bar? Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, a specialty punch, and a variety of non-alcoholic options — all on us! Because of venue rules, we kindly ask that guests not bring any outside beverages. Please note that our bartending staff will be checking IDs.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve listed our recommendations under the “Travel” tab. Please note that our wedding weekend falls during Family Weekend at two local colleges, so we recommend booking accommodations as early as possible.
