Matt pulled off the ultimate surprise! It all started with what seemed like a simple photography contest. I was thrilled when I saw the post and entered to win immediately! Little did I know, Matt (along with my best friend Kelsey) orchestrated the entire event, down to the last detail. Of course, I WON! The day of the photoshoot was perfect. My great friend and talented photographer, was behind the camera (and the planning), making it seem natural and fun! I laughed and enjoyed every moment, completely unaware of the plan unfolding. As the session ended and I started walking to the car, Matt stopped and turned me around. Matt took my hands, looked into my eyes, and dropped to one knee. The world stopped when he asked me to marry him. The photography contest that I had won turned out to be something much more extraordinary - the beginning of our forever.
