As much as we love your little ones, we will be celebrating at an adults-only resort.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Rooms are generally not available until then. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you can use all of the amenities, pools, and restaurants, and the hotel will let you know when your room is ready. We suggest guests travel with beach clothes in their carry-on bags to enjoy their travel day immediately upon arrival.

WHAT DOES "ALL-INCLUSIVE" MEAN?

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres is an all-inclusive resort that offers: nine dining options including six à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet, a café, and a grill and a French restaurant that features one of the most exclusive and extensive wine cellars. All-you-can-eat in 7 a la carte international gourmet restaurants, 1 international buffet, and 1 Coffee & Snack Bar. All-you-can-drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages) in 7 different bars. Two expansive infinity pools, Two outdoor hot tubs, jungle-inspired pool.

DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL?

YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel. **Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! It must have an expiration date covering your full stay.
