Yes, the ceremony is outside and on grass (plan your shoes accordingly). The reception will be inside.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Arrive to the Gardens no later than 1:45 pm. The ceremony starts at 2 pm. It is a 10 minute walk from the Garden Visitor Center to the ceremony site.

What should we do after the ceremony?
Answer
Walk around the Gardens! Cocktails start at 5 pm at Oneida Golf and Country Club.

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?
Answer
Yes, several hotel blocks are available and listed in the Travel section of our website.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Both locations are completely accessible for walkers, and wheelchairs.

Will there be any vegetarian options for dinner?
Answer
Yes, please indicate on your RSVP card how many vegetarian options will be needed.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. But all hotel options should be no more than 30 minutes from the ceremony and reception sites.

No, centerpieces belong to the florist.
