Unless the invitation is specifically addressed to you and a plus one, you do not have a plus one.
Unfortunately no, every invitation would be addressed to the specific people we are inviting to the party. There will be a few special and nieces and nephews included, but leave those kiddos at home, let's have ourselves a night!
Lets call it ---- Elevated Cocktail! A step above semi-formal, though not as formal as black-tie, elevated cocktail attire is a balance between elegant and comfortable. Those who would like to wear a dress should opt for a midi or floor length dress. Those who prefer to dress more masculine, should wear a suit, however ties are not required because lets be real they aren't that important as they used to be. Feel free to be stylish and chic! The bride loves a little fashionable drama! please do not wear whites, creams, champagnes, etc.
The walk to the ceremony space and the cocktail hour will be on a lawn. If you are wearing heels, please consider something with a thick heel or even a wedge. If stiletto is your only vibe, consider a pair of heel savers to make it easier on you!
Yes! Weather permitting we will be enjoying all things outdoors, during the reception we will be under a tent. However, the entire first floor of the Manor House is available for all guests to enjoy as well.
