Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to wear all black formal/cocktail attire for our special day. (Visual examples of acceptable attire are found on our website under "guest attire inspo).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, your invitation will be made out to "Your Name and Guest" If a plus one has been given to you. We ask that only those listed on your specific invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we would love to see your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exception being the little ones in our bridal party and for immediate family kids from 12 and up). We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!

We recommend that guests arrive between 4:00-4:30 PM, for the doors will be closed at 4:40 PM.

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

The parking lot is located behind the venue which will lead to a walking path to the venue.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date at which we provided, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand.

Where can I find accommodation options for out-of-town guests?

Answer

The closest hotel is DoubleTree, located near the venue. There are also several hotels about 7 minutes away on Belmont Ave, such as The Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites. Boardman, Ohio, offers additional hotel options, but it is about 15 minutes from the venue. Hotel details can be found on the "Travel" page.
