TownePlace Suites by Marriott Monroe

This is where we have booked a block of rooms at a discounted rate for your stay. The shuttle service will provide pickup and drop-offs from the hotel to the venue during designated times. For those coming from out of town the group rate is extended for Thursday-Sunday. Please note: Rooms need to be reserved by Monday, August 24. After that the rooms will be returned to the hotel and will no longer be offered at our group rate.

Guest Transportation Details

September 25, 2026 2:15 pm - 11:15 pm

A shuttle service will be making stops from the hotel to Strong Roots promptly at 2:15pm and 3:00pm. Plan to meet at the hotel entrance a few minutes prior to departure. It is a 15-minute commute, one-way. Plan on being SEATED for the ceremony by 4pm. The reception is over at 11:00pm. Another shuttle at the end of the night will run at 10:15pm and 11:15pm to take you back to the hotel. There is also a large parking lot if you plan to drive to Strong Roots. If you leave your car overnight, it will need to be picked up Saturday by 8:00am. (No exceptions - this is enforced by the venue - thank you!)
