They met in a hiking group, Jordan asked Jodi to hike Little Giant Pass with the dogs, then they continued their passion for hiking and fell in love during all of the adventures!!! Jordan and Jodi share a lot of common interests, which helps keep their relationship fun and exciting! Over the years, they have worked on many house & yard projects! They share a bucket list of hikes/backpacking/travel & adventures! It has been fun for the both of them to set goals and accomplish them! They both dream of summiting Mt. Rainer together as soon as the Ellensburg To-Do-List gets smaller! They both have a love for animals, since dating, have gotten a new puppy Apollo and 4th dog to add to the family (Zues, Nash & Dakota), 2 cats Jackson and Georgia & 20 chickens & 3 ducks! Jodi would love to adopt a new pig(s) some day, along with some cows, horses and goats! Jordan and Jodi have been living in a 41’ Fifth Wheel on Jodi’s Parents property since September 2022! They spent over 6 months looking for property and found 11 acres in Ellensburg! They are both so excited for this new life adventure and plan to start building a barndominium to live in Spring 2024, then build a dream house after the barn!!! They plan on including family members to help make this property unique and meaningful, with Special touches that will keep the memories of family alive! They have loved getting acquainted with Ellensburg and meeting the locals and neighbors! They are both so excited for this transition to live in the country! Jodi dreams of having a small animal rescue on the property some day and a large garden! Jordan is excited to be close to his hunting camp that has been a family spot for years and continue the tradition with his own children! Jordan and Jodi are excited for their future life adventures from hiking, to improving the property, building a house, garden projects, camping, exploring Central & Eastern Washington, becoming a part of the community in Ellensburg, finding a church to grow with and whatever life may throw at them! They are very thankful to have the opportunity to Celebrate their Wedding Day with each and every one of you!!! 🤍
