Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding (Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) will be held outdoors at Lorimar Vineyard. But have no fear! If there is ANY rain, we can relocate into the barrel room onsite.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Sorry, no plus ones.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Lorimar Vineyard if you are driving. There is the main lot by the tasting room/ceremony site, and additional parking by the barrel room/reception site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest staying at Ponte Vineyard Inn and South Coast Winery as they are 2 minutes away from the venue by car. We suggest uber/lyft to and from the venue!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive by 4:30p latest as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. No casual attire (i.e flipflops, shorts, etc).

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 [or 21, or another age] on our wedding day, unless they are individually invited.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a buffet with a selection of meat, veggie dishes and salads will be served. When you RSVP, please indicate if you would prefer steak, salmon, a vegetarian or Vegan meal.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have three signature cocktails, beer and delicious wine from Lorimar. When you RSVP, please indicate beverage preference to help us decide how much beer and wine to purchase!
