Am I allowed to bring my childern?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to the venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend the ceremony and reception. Children are allowed to attend the rest of the weekend events.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity and budget, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Will your wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outside. The reception will be under a tent on a stamped concrete platform.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at the AC Hotel in Ballantyne at a discounted rate. Please refer to the link on the Travel page and be sure to enter the specific dates before moving forward to receive the discount. If you wish for a cheaper option, the Staybridge Suites is across the street, but we do not have a block there. There are many AirBnB options in the area as well. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Will there be transportation to or from the AC Hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to transport you to and from the wedding.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end around 10pm. Transportation will be available to take you to the AC Hotel. At the AC Hotel, there is a rooftop bar, Hestia, where the after-party will take place.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We do recommend bringing cash or credit card if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.
