Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Of course, we can't guarantee anything, but New Orleans could be as warm at 65 and as cold as 45. Keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, on the rooftop of Capulet. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please let us know if you need a babysitter to make that a reality.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Y E S - during the reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, please do, and share them with us, so we can enjoy them, too!

Will there be any COVID-19 precautions in place?

Answer

We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic very closely, and your safety is our top priority! Check back here for additional updates as our wedding date approaches. In order to ensure the safety of all of our guests, we are requesting that all guests be up-to-date on their vaccines and boosters prior to coming to our wedding.
